We need someone who is a special blend of understanding e-beam-based writing and knowing how to get the best out of optimization algorithms. Someone who's been experts both in P&R and MDP would be an example of an ideal background. A great listener and a problem solver that is patient and persistent. Most of all, someone who understands that six sigma is not good enough for our customers, and that our solution needs to be 100.000% correct every time. Someone willing to put him/herself on the line to fill the gap between what engineering delivers and that 100.000% that the customers must have. We need that special person who is smart, dedicated, and mentally tough to bring new capability to the world to bring about business success for our customers.
